Electromagnetic RFID Switch 1000N
The MGL-2M is a magnetic guard locking safety switch with coded RFID technology, designed to provide high functional safety and reliable electromagnetic guard interlocking in industrial applications. Housed in a heavy-duty die-cast metal housing and equipped with a QC-M12 connector for quick installation, it is ideally suited to machine guarding systems requiring guard monitoring with a high level of tamper resistance.

Type 1 Enclosures. Maximum temperature 40ºC. Maximum output 24V.dc 200mA. Powered by Class 2 or equivalent. WARNING: Hot surface – risk of burn if used at ambient temperature of +40C degrees. (Affix a warning label to the switch).

As a power-to-lock device, the MGL range requires careful consideration in the event of power loss, particularly on machines where hazardous motion or risk remains present during run-down before the danger is fully removed.
