ESLP-SS-Z
Emergency Stop Device with OSSD and Shroud
The ESL(P)-SS-Z is a robust stainless steel emergency stop with a protective button shroud, OSSD outputs, LED diagnostics and an IP69K rating, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments where resistance to water, dust and impact is required.
Designed for exposed conveyors and machinery where guarding is not practical, the ESL(P)-SS-Z allows operators to safely shut down a machine, system or process in an emergency. When used with a suitable safety monitoring controller, it can achieve CAT4/PLe, even when connected in series with up to 30 Z-Range devices.
Important Notes
Where the risk assessment identifies that inadvertent operation of the E-Stop button may occur during use or breakage and loss of the button function is foreseen, it may be preferable to specify the protection shroud version. When required by local regulations, please affix the supplied yellow emergency stop sticker.
Information with regard to UL Standards
Type 1 Enclosures. Maximum temperature 50ºC. Maximum output 24V DC 100mA. Powered by Class 2 or equivalent.
